Agenda Items to discuss: 

1. received email from Ronald McDonald House and the chairs/table on the porch are in poor condition. Needs replacement. 

2. Need a few more Alzheimer's volunteers for Alzheimers Walk

3. will have membership name badges/cards

4.  Halloween Party

5. Mardi Crawl: 

     - will have save the date cards for members to give out

     -Need updates on Hotels

     - Restaurant Committee- please make plans for meeting with restaurants. They have their letters and agreements. 

      - Need T-shirt vendors to be chosen 

      - Sponsorship  letters are ready for member to distribute

       - Volunteers needed: Games  (will need someone to take over Trivia)
